7/22/2021 COVID-19 UPDATE

As of 7/22/21, we will no longer have a limit on the amount of people allowed in exam rooms for appointments.

Curbside will always be available for clients who prefer to not come into the building for appointments, picking up food, medications, and/or records.  If choosing to do curbside, please call us from the parking lot when you arrive.
