6/1/2021 COVID-19 UPDATE

Update to our current covid-19 protocol.

Starting 6/1/2021, we will be allowing up to 2 MASKED owners in the building for both Doctor and technician APPOINTMENTS ONLY.  Curbside will also still be available. Our doors will still remain LOCKED at this time, so please call when you arrive for your appointment.

A technician will take a history over the phone, and when the Dr. is ready to see your pet, a staff member will come out to your vehicle where they will bring up to 2 MASKED owners and your pet into the building.  Everyone MUST wear a MASK at all times, regardless if vaccinated or not.
After the physical and any vaccinations/treatments are done on your pet, the technician will cash out clients in the room and then lead owners back out of the building.  Due to limited large size exam rooms, and the thorough cleaning that must be done between each appointment, there may be a longer wait than usual if electing to join your pet in the building for a Dr. or tech appointment.

Curbside service will still remain in place for clients who are picking up food, medications, and/or medical records; clients who do not wish to come in the building for their pets appointments; and surgical/hospitalization drop offs.
