Introducing Vello!
​With Vello, pet owners are able to communicate via text, upload photos of their pets to the App, view when their pets vaccinations are due, request prescription refills, and view upcoming appointments.  Vello also allows owners to view our scheduling system and put in appointment requests for annual health wellness exams for their healthy pets.

If you are a current Petly user, this App is no longer functional and you will need to download the Vello App.

​The Vello app is able to be accessed by downloading the Idexx Vello App in either your App Store or Google Play (depending on if you have a Samsung or Apple phone).  The phone number and email that is used to access this app must match the information that we have in our computer system.

Please note, Vello is NOT to be used for sick, urgent, or emergency situations.  In those cases, owners will need to call into our office at 717-270-1989.
