All owners will be considered new clients if we have not seen you or your pet within the past 3 years. Due to the high amount of appointment no-shows, new clients must pay a deposit either in person or over the phone to have an appointment scheduled. This deposit will be used at your appointment. The only way clients will lose this deposit is if they do not show at their scheduled appointment date or time, and if they give less than 48 hours to reschedule the appointment.
If a current client does not show for an appointment, or cancels with less than a 48 hour notice, they may be required to pay a scheduling fee in order to schedule any future appointments for their pet(s).
Due to the high demand for appointments this policy is effective immediately.
Please understand that we are not an emergency hospital and cannot always provide immediate care. Depending on the concerns with your pet(s), we may have to refer clients to an emergency facility or an urgent care.
